Hi everyone,

We have several rookies joining us at Snetterton and, while I know everyone will muck in, it would really help to know ahead of time who is happy to be nominated as a Buddy. Ideally I'd like a couple for each rookie so that no one has to spread themselves too thinly.

We have both Experience Bikes booked so Chris will be tied up there. He could also do with an extra pair of hands if anyone isn't racing.

If you can let me know  and also whether you are planning to be do the Friday test day.

hi i aim to be there thursday night or friday early happy to help will have the mechanic (dad) with me as well so he should be able to lend a hand as well let me know nearer the time if there is any thing i can do to help

Barry - your well exercised ringpull finger will come in handy when it comes to pointing a rookie in the direction of signing on and scruitineering. I'm also pretty sure that your sixth sense will lead them to the bar in the evening. That pretty much covers the bulk of Buddy duties. If they need a hand with spannering then just introduce them to someone else, which is basically anyone apart from Dennis.
So can I put your name down then?

I remain perplexed by how little I can know about mechanics... and how little I'm able to absorb given how much goes wrong!! That aside I'm happy to help with buddies as well... (still haven't renewed my license though

I'm racing but will not be doing the Friday testing so will be available to help out.
