Bemsee have published revised provisional dates for 2012 - if you are wondering how they've changed, the previous version is at the bottom:

Good question Andy, I should have mentioned that MZs will be at 8 of them.
Almost certainly at Cadwell in June where our Silver Jubilee celebrations will mainly take place. |

Looking at the new provisional dates we've got the potential for a good season, my thoughts -
- Snetterton 300 24-25 March
- Brands Hatch Indy 14-15 April
- Oulton Park 4-5 June
- Cadwell Park 23-24 June
- Brands Hatch GP 28-29 July
- Cadwell Park 18-19 August
- Snetterton 200 8-9 September
- Brands Hatch Indy 29-30 September
It would be a shame to not start on the 300 as it looks like our only chance even if it will be cold, i think we have to do oulton one year so as it looks like they have sorted a two day meet we might as well do it next year, then with brands gp sandwiched by two cadwells it looks bloody good to me. Any thoughts? and does anyone know when aberdare will be next year? |

My Thoughts(slightly northern biased)...It would be great to go to oulton park,superb circuit..We have to go to Pembrey so at least Des has one local circuit

Worth noting that Oulton was also 2 days the last couple of times Bemsee went there - however the 1st day is practice only, with 2 races on the 2nd day, as they cant get a seperate practice day there.
I would assume its the same this time round. |

There's a note at the bottom of the list which I missed off when I copied here:
"All meetings will have a BMCRC Friday practice day. (Not inc Oulton)"
Does that mean, there's not a practice on the Friday or no practice at all? Probably not at all bearing in mind what Paul said. |

Its usually run as 1 day practice, 1 day racing (so you get 6/7 practice sessions day 1 and 2 races on 2nd day) but worth checking with the office |

But Oulton is Monday and Tues, so there would not be practice Fri, but I don't know if there is a Sunday practice? Queens jubliee so its the bank holiday instead of the end of May bank holiday

if we are not racing at BGP then thats the same weekend as Aberdare National Road Races. I will consider doing that meeting if anyone else is up for it. Mark D. |

Any news on when
The confirmed dates will come out. I need to be first to book holidays as only one of us can be off at one time and there's 4 to choose holidays.
I'm on annual leave (holiday) the Cadwell (August) meeting. So hopefully we dont race then.

As far as I know, they are aiming to confirm the dates and who goes where in January as normal. The problem is that if the likes of BSB or MotoGP change their dates Bemsee may need to change their dates. No one appreciates it if they announce final dates and then change them again!

I can't see MZs going to Oulton since 2003. No idea why, I'm sure someone will fill me in but perhaps that'll give us a clue for 2012. |

Thinking do we miss 1 snett 200 or brands gp ( but we missed that this year) or start later as its the only 300 of the season or miss Cadwell or brands Indy?
Why did I even start saying or.
Without outon we have 9 rounds left with 8 to choose from.
